Inbound Tour Operations Executive

- Ensure a consistent and efficient workflow between departments, synchronizing information among the sales team, tour guides, and other departments.
- Implement tour programs for the Southern region of Vietnam.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare feasibility assessment reports for tourist destinations.
- Coordinate with tour guides and service providers to ensure tour quality.
- Handle issues arising during tours and provide timely customer support.
- Update product information and pricing according to market fluctuations.
- Prepare post-tour summary reports and propose service improvement solutions.
- Support the sales team in consulting tour programs for customers.
